The current situation has revealed the uncertainty of our expectations and exposed the fragility of some of our physical, social, and artistic relationships. 

Focussing on themes of unification, harmony, and solidarity, to reconnect communities, the theme of our new Instinct edition will be Unity.

Instinct#UNITY will allow us to consider the themes of diversity, community and togetherness, and celebrate differences.

Instinct#UNITY will showcase a cross-section of artists from past editions of Instinct.Berlin. We are delighted to exhibit work that reflects the diversity which has always been a key part of our project and which we want to nurture in future editions.

Previous editions of Instinct.Berlin have proudly presented more than 70 artists from all over the world. They have been by our side for over five years, and bring their experience of a diversity of backgrounds, heritages, cultures, and genders to our project, and at every step, a work-in-progress.

A publication about the exhibition will be available for sale to ensure the continuation of the project.
